FOUND ON AMELIA LN Garner is a handsome 3 to 5-year-old pitbull. This guy is short and stocky and fairly well mannered. He walks nice on a leash and was easy to handle during physical exam. He was not overly interested in toys or food but was being treated for kennel cough at time of his evaluation. He did not seem to know any commands at this time. Garner was not interested in cats today but we would advise caution...he was just sort of ignoring them. We did not test him with dogs today. A dog meet would be a must prior to adoption. We think that Garner would be a good fit into homes with families looking to add an active bigger dog. He would do best in a family prepared to do some training and we think he would be a good fit with children ages eight years of age and older as long as they are respectful to him.... More Info
