Adele was surrendered by her owners when a Poochmatch volunteer struck up a conversation with them about the importance of spaying. They said they couldn t afford it even if Poochmatch helped cover the cost and asked if they could surrender her instead. That was her lucky day because she was LOADED with fleas and ticks and needed immediate care. She flinches a lot if humans make sudden movements noise - which indicates her home wasn t the happiest anyway. Despite that she is an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl. She was entirely docile with Poochmatch volunteers as they were removing the ticks and fleas. She would make an excellent companion and she gets along great with other dogs.If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM please fill out an application from our website poochmatch.com and return it via email to ---X(at)---XX no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent.All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay neuter rabies microchip necessary vaccinations fecal testing and deworming.
