He is neutered heartworm negative up to date on shots bordatella rabies fecal float negative. Cheever is semi potty trained very friendly quiet not much of a barker good demeanor ok with some dogs but can be shy loves to sit by you and on your lap. He had been kept in a tote bag for almost a year driving around with his Uber driver owner and was not socialize. Plus possibly abused. Cheever does have ear that droops down because it was not medically treated properly. Cheebee needs a quiet patient home with no children as he needs to gain more confidence as he shakes when frightened.
