We seek qualified contract applicants in Southern California to join our team to deliver an integrated Wholesale Parts Program for several automotive manufacturers. Your enthusiasm knowledge and understanding of the wholesale parts business will be essential in this position. You must have the ability to influence positive behavior change with assigned dealers in order to be successful. Wholesale specialists can expect to spend 30% of their time working with assigned dealers and 70% of their time visiting dealers wholesale customers (current inactive and prospects). This position requires a proven history of growing sales. Ideal characteristics include being a self starter highly motivated and results driven. The ideal candidate would possess Understand and demonstrate key selling skills such as preparing for independent repair facilities sales calls (wholesale customers) handling customer resistance closing the sale and account maintenance. Strong relationship building skills Parts manager advisor experience along with wholesale parts operations knowledge Dealer DMS knowledge Ability and willingness to travel extensively depending on territory Ability to effectively manage time 2 plus years of proven sales results Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment Microsoft Office knowledge Responsibilities Drive growth of OEM parts sales Promote the entire line of OEM products and programs to Independent Repair Facilities (Wholesale Customers) Work with assigned Parts Managers to develop plans to increase sales Proactively initiate contact manage and develop leads on a local basis as needed on behalf of assigned dealers Achieve personal sales and profit quotas Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with client objectives To submit your resume please email to Resource Automotivejob161316278(at)autojobsemployer.co m
