You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sam is a total sweetheart he is approximately 3 years old and weighs 65 pounds. He is a lab mix and is a huge love bug. Sam was found chained in a backyard with no love or care from anyone. When his owner went to go get him off the chain poor Sam hunkered down in fear. He was afraid no doubt but he doesn t ever have to fear again. He has shown no signs of aggression since in our care. His tail hasn t stopped wagging since he s been rescued. He received all his vaccines and had a heartworm test...it came back NEGATIVE Sam will be neutered and microchiped. He will also be bathed and started on heart worm medications. Sam is house trained and crate trained. He is great with other dogs both large and small. He is wonderful with kids and is very mild mannered. Sam loves to play fetch enjoys going for walks and loves to run in a fenced yard or dog park. He is currently making good progress learning how to walk on a leash. He is very smart and trainable.
