Waldo is a 8 year old male Flat-Coated Retriever mix who came into rescue when his owner passed away recently. Even though Waldo is quite shy and missing his owner his tail waves a little higher and he s getting more active each day. Don t let his age fool you Waldo still has plenty of Retriever bounce He bounces around to say hi for his food and after squirrels with the other dogs. He likes not just his naps but his walks and car rides too Waldo has a glorious long feathery coat that needs some upkeep but he is pretty patient about grooming. He also is a very alert guard dog with a big Retriever bark that gets noticed. Waldo is healthy active but not too active gets along well with other dogs and bonds nicely with new people once he gets to know them.
