Beautiful PIPER she is about 1.5 to 2 years old she is a beutiful dog and is full of love Piper was first rescued by her previous owners who found her tied to a tree as a puppy in poor condition. Unfortunately her young owners were struggling with addiction and became homeless. They needed to go to a rehab facility but refused to do so until Piper had a safe place to go.
