She appeared to have zero socialization as she was afraid of EVERYTHING but she was sweet and friendly with her handlers - no fear aggression. After being in the shelter for 4 months with no improvement or interested adopters the shelter decided to euthanize her. A volunteer called us to see if Nobody s Perfekt Dogs could take her. We did.Socialization has been a slow process but she is making progress. She started out hiding in a closet for the first couple of days and she eventually started exploring the foster home s backyard and then the remainder of the house. She has bonded with a young black lab Pit bull mix puppy in the foster home which has made a significant impact on her socialization. She loves playing with the other foster dogs and likes snuggling with her foster dad on the bed. She is still skittish with loud noises or if someone raises their voice.
