SHELTER ID 16D-0601ENERGY LEVEL MODERATE--HANDLER NOVICE---GROOMING LOW Kacy a 3-4 year old Shepherd mix is one of our newer temporary residents at our shelter. This girl was well loved and very spoiled but her family had to make the hard choice to bring her here when they moved and would have had to make her an outside dog. They could not bear the thought of her being strictly outside and are very hopeful we can find her a forever home where they will treat her and spoil her the way she was used to before. Kacy is good with kids and other dogs but does need to be in a home where feline friends are non-existent. According to her previous family leash walking and house training lessons are not an issue for her because she has them down pat. Kacy IS accustomed to being inside where she is closest to her family. We are aiming to keep things that way for her.
