I have recently graduated from the U of A School of Music which has freed up a lot of extra time for teaching. Until this space is completely filled I am offering lessons at a discounted rate. My normal rate is 20 per half hour lesson or 30 for an hour long lesson. However if you are interested in lessons but can not afford them at that rate please make me an offer of what you can afford. No reasonable offer will be refused. The stipulation to this is that if someone else would like your time slot at some point and offers to pay a higher rate you would have to the option to pay the rate they are offering for the spot or to work out another time slot. Students of all ages and skill levels accepted. Even an absolute beginner can start playing popular music within just a few short weeks. Your lessons will be tailored to your age skill level musical preferences and goals. Lessons will be structured around music that you actually want to learn to play. No need to by an instruction book. All written and audio materials will be provided. Group lesson rates available for groups of any size. In home lessons available. I am a graduate of the University of Arizona s Bolton guitar program Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors or Music in Classical Guitar Performance. Like many guitarists I started out playing popular music and really enjoy teaching rock country and jazz as well as classical music. I am member of and belong to Phi Theta Kappa Golden Key and Tau Sigma honors societies as well as the local musicians union (AFM Local 33). I have 24 years of playing experience three years of teaching experience and have been educated in modern performance practices for all musical styles from the Renaissance to 21st century (1400 - now.)
