She was found neglected with matted fur hot hungry thirsty and scared. Inky did have a microchip and attempts were made to contact her owners but they did not respond. She was brought into a foster home where she now does fine with dogs other cats and kids in a very busy household. She has been checked by our vet who believes her excessive weight is from overeating -- not a medical condition. Inky receives a measured amount of food and must stay on a measured diet so she loses weight at a healthy and safe pace. She likes to be brushed and hang out on the couch with the family. Don t be surprised by her size she can jump onto the couch and the bed all by herself She loves attention and is also happy to play with feather toys which is good exercise for her. Inky has been through a lot and it will take her some time to warm up to new people so she is looking for a family that will be patient with her as she settles into her new home. She has a lot of love to give She has already been spayed has tested negative for FELV and FIV (feline immune virus) has an identification micro-chip and is current on her vaccinations.
