Hi. I am serenity. I am about a year old and am a lab mix but on the smaller side. It may not look like it now but I was in a very dark place not long ago. Lucky for me someone took the time to gain my trust enough to grab my wet muddy tick infested body off of 441 and put me in her car. You see I was starving. I had almost given up. There was something stuck on the 5 lane highway and I was trying to find anything I could to eat. People were blowing their horns at me and trying to make me move but I just laid down in the middle of the highway. I was so tired of fighting. But look at me now I saw some nice man in a white coat who took good care of me and made sure I didn t have any more puppies. I got all my shots and medicine I needed to grow strong And I even had a negative heart worm test Whatever that is.. I am up to 40 lbs now I absolutely love being in a family The family that is taking care of me has 4 other dogs there. We all have so much fun playing and running. I have learned to sleep in my crate (which I don t want to get out of sometimes because it s so darn comfy ) and to walk on a leash I still get really excited when I m gonna get some attention but as soon as they go to pet me I lay down and take it all in. Humans are actually great Who knew But sadly I can t stay with this family. They already have a full house. But they know there is someone out there who would love me as much as they do. I know I can be a good girl and I have never even pottied inside I am just learning about all this love and family stuff and I don t want to go without that ever again. Please help me find my permanent home and family that will love me FUREVER ... More Info
