Taffy is a friendly cat who arrived to the shelter with kittens in tow. She s ready to find someone to love and to move to her new home. Her energy level is amazing and she has a very good appetite. She enjoys both lap time and play time. She also seems to keep her habitat relatively clean and tidy. which makes it easy for staff and volunteer to clean.Taffy is FIV and will need to be an indoor cat only.FIV is a cat-only disease that CANNOT BE SPREAD TO HUMANS OR OTHER ANIMALS. FIV cats most often LIVE LONG HEALTHY and relatively NORMAL lives with no symptoms at all. FIV is difficult to transmit to other cats. It CANNOT be spread casually like in litter boxes food and water bowls or when snuggling and playing. The main route for transmission is via a bite where the virus is actually injected into the bloodstream.... More Info
