I m Toc I came to the shelter as a stray so little is known about my past. I am somewhat scared of people at first but I warm right up when you start to pet me especially if you pet my face or head. I haven t been secure enough to be picked up and carried yet but they are still working on that. I still spend a bit of my time hiding but I perk right up and come to a familiar voice that I know is going to pet me and give me treats and am affectionate once I know you. I m hopeful that there is a forever home out there for me where I will get the love and treats I know I deserve.
