Opie had a rocky start in life. Born to a stray mom he wandered away from his family and somehow ended up beneath the hood of a truck where he sustained injuries to his face that required surgery to fix.Since Opie s first experience with humans was painful and traumatic he has a touch of PTSD. He is affectionate and friendly sometimes and at other times startles easily. He does love other cats and will make you laugh with his playful antics His favorite toys are little plushies and his turbo track. Once he knows you he will come up for pets and will curl up with you as you sleep.Opie would do best with a patient gentle loving adopter who s experienced with cats and willing to spend lots of time with him. A household with no young children would be best. He would especially love to be adopted with his best friend Taylor. All of our cats and kittens are current on vaccines for their age tested for FELV FIV spayed or neutered and microchipped. Adoption fee for cats and kittens is 100.00.
