I m about 1 1 2 - 2 years old and weigh about 15.5 lbs. Initially in foster care I acted like I was once abused. If you raised your voice in the least or asked me to try something new I would cower at your feet and sometimes roll over on my back and have a little submissive urination. For instance the first time my foster Mom tried to put a harness on me I did this. This happens much less frequently now. My foster parents have held me back from adoption events for a couple extra weeks to let me become more acclimated to being a family dog and show me I won t be hurt and teach me to trust. I am quickly learning that humans give me treats and food and love and I LOVE all those things. I also love playing with my foster brother Bobby Moynihan. We roll and tumble and bite ears and tails. I cowered the first time my foster Dad squeaked a toy and tried to get me to play with it but now I LOVE toys and LOVE to squeak and shake them really hard. I am a fast learner and have learned to sit for my treats rather than jump in front of the other dogs. I am a very affectionate cuddly and loving boy once I get to know you and trust you. I will be your absolute best boy and buddy if you can have a little patience and build up my trust. I am crate and house trained. Hope to meet you soon at Euless Petsmart adoption event.
