Okay let s get the bad stuff out of the way read it real fast-- I don t do well with little people so I need a home with grown-ups and I can be your one and only child ok Whew now for all the good stuff I m pretty laid back. I was surrendered by my owner thankfully. He kept me outside all the time I had very little contact with people no contact with other animals and no training. But I m an indoor puppy now and LOVING it I live with 2 big labradors we get along just fine but I think I would do best being the only dog or maybe just one other two is a little much for me at times. I met my first cat at Dr. Riley s office we didn t spend much time together so I m not too sure about them. I love playing in the water I don t get the swimming thing but my foster mom fills the horse trough and I love to lay in it and stick my head under water to blow bubbles. I walk great on a leash I take treats ever so gently I m not food or toy aggressive at all I don t mind sharing with the others. I have a big crate that I go into when my foster parents go to work I don t mind that. I m not a barker. I LOVE having contact with a human scratch my head rest your hand on my back rub my belly or let me just lay on your foot while I chew my bone.. that s what it s all about in my little eyes. At night I like to sleep on the couch but that s the only time I even think about getting on the furniture my foster mom says it s ok because all I had before was concrete or a yucky towel but I would be just as happy sleeping in a little bed next to yours. I love tennis balls You throw them I ll go get them and bring them back to you all afternoon. I haven t figured out the word drop it yet but I ll let you take it out of my mouth so you can throw it again. I do have an old front leg injury so I limp some. We don t know what happened but Dr. Riley looked at it and said as long as it wasn t bothering me or prohibiting me from doing things it was ok. I was given all my shots on July 21st I m heartworm negative and I am spayed Please contact Terri at ----(at)----X Shelter Dogs Fully Vetted Males are 100 and Fully Vetted Females are 125 (Fully Vetted means the dog has been spayed neutered vaccinated including rabies shot and heartworm tested) Dogs Not Vetted Males are 60 and Females are 85 (You will be responsible for taking the dog to be spayed neutered at Animal Hosp & Clinic of Arlington within 30 days and this adoption fee will include the spay neuter vaccinations and rabies shot. It will not include a heartworm test) Dogs in Foster Care Males are 100 and Females are 125 This includes spay neuter vaccinations including rabies and a heartworm test thru Animal Hospital & Clinic of Arlington. Puppies under 4 months old are 125 for males and 150 for females and this includes 4 sets of vaccinations deworming and spay neuter rabies shot when old enough Cats Shelter or Foster Females are 85 and Males are 60 - This includes spay neuter and vaccinations (FVRCP-FELK and Rabies) thru Animal Hospital & Clinic of Arlington. If cat is not altered spay neuter appointment must be set within 30 days of adoption. Kittens under 3 months old Females are 100 and Males are 75. This includes two sets of vaccinations (8-10 wks & 12 weeks rabies shot) deworming and spay neuter when old enough.
