My 3 2 home is located conveniently 8 minutes from beautiful down town Ocala where there are many events and things to do. Walking distance from Publix and a brand new Wawa gas station and Wal-Mart. I have a room that has been vacant for over a year and have no use for but to help someone else in need for an affordable place to stay. My home is a clean drug free and peaceful place to live. Female or couples preferred. (I have a 6 year old who is with me 50% of the time). No pets with the minor exception to well trained small dog. The room is shown in the photos with simple odds and ends of mine that can easily be emptied and cleaned out. This room is furnished with a dresser and a bed frame if needed if not I am throwing it out lol Plenty of shelves to be used for storage or books. I am home only have of the week due to work so there will be plenty of privacy. Private room and bathroom included. Washer and dryer included satellite tv with over 300 channels on a 72 TV. Carport for parking with a front lawn and a large fenced in back yard perfect for winter bon-fires. Looking for someone who is reliable respectful nothing more nothing less. 400 monthly and half of electric bill are responsibilities of new roommate.
