Responsibilities The Managed Security Services (MSS) Network Security Engineers are responsible for the management and monitoring of Verizon s customer security infrastructure. They deliver the day-to-day services to our MSS clients. Primary responsibilities are divided into Incident Management and Change Management. Incident Management includes Security Incident Management and Device Health Management work drivers.
