Reese was surrendered to Fancy Cats from a family that had found her in their wood pile. She was quite feral and they did not have the time to work with her. She came to a foster home with kids a dog and kittens. Originally she was kept in a cage so that she could feel safe and comfortable. That didn t last long. Within days she was allowing the foster mom to pet her while she was eating. As she watched the other kittens play she started playing with them through the bars. Within a week she was fully assimilated into the family both human and feline. She is such a sweetie and has come to appreciate the finer things in life that a home can provide. She loves loves loves to be petted and held. She will purr from the moment you start petting until you leave the room. She s so happy to be with you that she keeps purring long after you have stopped petting. She will sleep in the bed with you purring the whole time. It is important to remember that she used to be feral thus she can be just a little hesitant when you first come into the room or if you move to fast. However as soon as she realizes it s you and that she s safe she completely calms down and comes for love. While it s true that she has no biological littermates she would really prefer to be adopted with one of the friends she has made in her foster home Marilyn Susan and Mango. She absolutely LOVES Susan. Please note that it is Fancy Cats policy that kittens be adopted in pairs or have an age-appropriate playmate in the home already.
