Hello my name is Evelyn my family is looking for one single male non - smoker or outside smoker general contractor who is multitalented with no pets (working service animals in home) to be our roommate . We live in a 8 bed 3.5 bath (soon to be more baths) home and we want to rent a room out. We will provide the TV cable internet electric trash water utilities washer dryer and the room will be furnished with everything needed to move in so all you need is your suitcase . We are looking to work out a deal in lieu of rent which would normally cost 500.00 per month with a 500.00 deposit. Basically this will be a negotiated lease term for renovation of the property and completing the required work and repairs in trade of rent. However any work done must pass building code inspections and when required you must be able to get permits for construction. We are a smoke free clean and quiet home you must be able to pass a background check and have no felonies this is for the safety of my family. This home is very big and spacious in a nice and clean environment located northwest of Austin. The work that is needed will include these trades Remodeling work framing drywall texture painting flooring electrical plumbing cement etc. Basically we need someone who is very experience in painting drywall carpentry masonry tiling plumbing electrical and a little of everything. You need not be able to do all of the above but a good amount of it. Must be able to work and complete jobs. This job is part-time . We need an ongoing contractor. Work schedule will be Saturday and Sunday is a MUST as possible however we understand things happen Two days out of the week is basically what we ask for and maybe if something was to occur unexpectedly use the other days of the week in place of the week end . Also if possible work week days or nights if we need it which would be on rare occasions we hope . We won t let it interfere with your full time job or rest. Again this would only occur if needed to finish a job that you didn t have time for or ran late. During the schedule above you can pursue any activities you desire as long as you are available when needed. In return for the above you will receive Free Rent.
