She was mistreated chained and tied like a living parcel left alone outside when she was a puppy. Several times I tried to knock on the door hoping to talk to her master to un-tied her but never got a chance to meet anyone. I turned to the neighbor and realized that Bella s master was a very old lady with mental disability who sometimes even forgot Bella existed. After a long conversation the neighbor suggested I should take Bella away or she could be either chocked or starved to death one day. I asked the man to negotiate with Bella s master and called me if she agreed to let her go. Not for long the phone rang. I rushed back to Bella and found her neck skin festered badly by the rusty chain.After thorough physical check the blood work showed she was lacking nutrition had fever from the infection of the neck wound. Immediately Bella was given all the necessary medical treatment. Luckily she recovered so well and survived. Few months past Bella became a beautiful happy doggie with very rare brindle short coat.She is an amazing smart dog very friendly to people dogs and children. She was born with sweet nature and very clever. Bella is housetrained not a barker and adjusting herself very well in a new environment.
