Boyd Property Is Hiring - Compensation: Varies per job

We are currently seeking sub-contractors vendors in your area and surrounding areas. This position requires deadlines in which time management skills must be used to complete 24 48 and 72 hour required time frames and upload photos and documentation to our office daily. Initial Services (janitorial and lawn) are performed upon property becoming vacant also known as a trash out . This means removing all debris cleaning interior of property and bringing landscaping to acceptable condition. Routine services are then performed on a scheduled basis which will take place once to twice a month to keep property in conveyance condition. This includes wiping down interior and maintaining the lawn. Compensation varies depending on work order and can range from 5- 700.
