A4973254 Howie Corgi Spitz Mix A4973254 Howie is an interesting opinionated 10-year-old tricolor (black gold white) male Corgi and Spitz mix who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on July 17th as a stray from Baldwin Park. Weighing 14 lbs Howie is a strikingly good-looking dog with his multicolored coat (which could use a good bath and comb out) foxy face and a unique protrusion of his two lower canines that kept us all transfixed. He is very unhappy to find himself in the shelter and he let us know by doing a low growl when he was frightened. However he s not aggressive and likes having his head and chest scratched which calms him and makes him forget his troubles. He s good with other dogs and walks well on leash. Howie deserves a forever home where he can spend his golden years as an inside pet and family member in comfort and security. In return this nice old guy will give boundless love.
