Max - Male Domestic Shorthair

Max came to GGOH after being contacted by a local vet who was treating him as a surrendered cat - he had a fracture sustained after being hit by a car. Max s injuries were fairly severe and although he has healed and is doing very very well he will need to be on joint medication for the remainder of his life to help ease any pain that may surface down the road. Max is a big boy larger than your average cat but it doesn t slow him down nor do his mended fractures. He is one big cuddle bug Max does well with other cats but he tends to stay to himself so we d really like to see him go to a home where he is going to be the recipient of lots and lots of attention and that might mean to a home where he is the only cat. Max is 9.5 years as of Aug. 2016.
