All dogs live in foster homes. Arrangements to meet dogs occur after an approved application has been accepted. We do not ship our dogs for any reason. Our adoption fee is 400 for each dog puppy. If it is on a weekend of our adoptions follow us on (at)DPSRescue on Twitter to get real time updates on our adoptions. We will also post at the end of the evening the names of those dogs who have been adopted -.--XX.- DPSRescueThis cat will be at Palo Alto Pet Food Express on Saturday July 30th and Sunday July 31st from 12-3pm or until adopted. However we do meet with those who submit an application and are approved just prior to the event (by invitation only) and they are given the first opportunity to adopt. If you are interested in one of our dogs we recommend filling out an application prior to the event to be considered. Applications submitted within 24 hours of the event may not necessarily be reviewed. Our Tech litter is 8-9 weeks old. There are four boys and one girl. She s the runt but don t let that fool you- she s as sassy as they come The litter as a whole is incredibly friendly and you just have to get near them to get them purring. They LOVE to play with pretty much anything and their favorite game is how high can I climb on this humans body before I fall off. They love to sit on your lap your shoulder or play with any drawstrings that may be on your clothing. They re happy on their own but light up when humans come around and they have tons of energy but they settle down pretty quickly. They would do great in a home with kids or other cats and they re litter box trained. They could easily be happy in a home on their own or with a sibling (or two ).Foster notes about Meme She is the least outgoing confident of the kittens though I would not say she was shy just not as out there as the boys. She takes a while to come to you and is usually the last of the three that I pet when I visit because she generally takes a few minutes to come seek attention. But once she knows you she is the biggest cuddler of them all She becomes a purring machine when someone pets her. She plays with me very gently but can be rough with her brother. She is more bonded with Emoji if you are interesting in adopting two kittens I would encourage this pair because I believe she might gain confidence from having him around. However I don t believe she would have major problems not having one of her siblings with her she might just be a bit shy. I would advise her new family to let her take things at her own pace and I might suggest that it not be a family with small children or kids who want a rough and tumble kitten (Emoji would be the right choice for that ). She s slowest to the food and I watch to be sure she gets her share and isn t pushed off her plate. If you d like to adopt a tech kitten fill out an application for them today they just don t come any cuter than this Their adoption donation is 150 each. Not all of our dogs go to each adoption event. We want to make sure if you are interested in a dog that we have the dog at adoptions but that can only happen if you fill out an application ahead of time and are pre-approved. (Generally this must happen prior to the weekend) If you are wanting to submit an application within 24 hours of an event please print off the application and bring with you as well as submitting it. You may still submit it and if time and volunteers permit we will contact you. Most applications submitted the weekend of adoptions are not responded to until after the adoption weekend....
