My foster mom says I m just as sweet as can be for only weighing 6.5 pounds. I adore everyone especially children. I m wonderful with other dogs but I chase every squirrel and turkey that comes in our yard. I haven t met any cats so my mom isn t sure how I would be with them. Unfortunately I was tested positive for heartworm and I m starting treatment for it right now. I will be just fine but will need to be on heartworm prevention year round for the rest of my life so it never comes back again. All my heartworm costs will be covered as well as my spay as long as you go to one of our many approved vets. I adore walks and car rides and I m 95% housebroken now that I ve learned where to go. My favorite thing is to be snuggled up in your lap. All I want is to find a forever family that will take care of and love me for the rest of my life. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter s information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for 19.99 fee to change information.
