Tipsy is an adorable pup who transferred to SHS with her sibling from another shelter. Tipsy can appear aloof at times. This is related to her uncertainty in the world. She will make good progress into adulthood under the tutelage of an experienced owner who is committed to taking classes with her and providing her with proper socialization. Kids 10 and older could be a good fit. She would do well with a confident adult dog in her new home. She may be focused on chasing cats. We re not certain about their breed mix but the previous shelter stated they are Mastiff mixes. We also see some possible herding breed as well.
