Abby - Female Great Pyrenees

Gorgeous girl Abby is a 6 year old Great Pyrenees. Abby hasn t had the easiest life and has been kept outside on a chain her whole life. She will need her future forever home to help teach her proper behaviors as she really hasn t had anyone put much time into her. Abby is a very sweet girl she seems to love to be around people. She was extremely friendly coming into the shelter and has been great with everyone We do think that a home with older children would most likely be best for Abby as we aren t sure if she s been around children. Regarding other dogs Abby is a dominant female but used to live with two other dogs and acclimated well to them after a couple of days. A slow introduction with resident dogs may be great for her Abby prefers to be fed in a room by herself she seems to love her food She would love a home where she can be loved and cared for. Abby loves to run She has so much potential. Abby will need an owner with breed experience who also knows training. Abby s hips seem to hurt her a little she may have dysplasia. She also currently has ear infections which we are treating. We will update once we learn more about Abby.... More Info
