Ruby - Female Spaniel (Unknown Type)Chihuahua Mix

Ruby is a 5 year old 7 pound long haired chihuahua mixed with a spaniel. We named her Ruby because when the light hits her eyes in a certain way they turn red. Unfortunately Ruby was abused prior to coming to us and she is terrified of so many things. We have finally been able to put a collar and harness on her without her screaming as if we were going to kill her. She will now put her paws on our legs so we can pat her head and we can pick her up. She still will not go for a walk as it just scares her too bad. If you want a very sweet little dog and patience to help her she will be well worth it. You can find us on Saturday at the Costa Mesa PetSmart 620 17th Street 11 30 am to 2 30pm except for the last Saturday when we are a the Foothill Ranch PetSmart.
