Kennesaw area (Acworth address but live much closer to Kennesaw). Attractive Safe neighborhood close to shopping restaurants entertainment w easy access to I75. 1 exit north of KSU. Utilities and new appliances included as well as WIFI and DirecTV (HBO SHO & CineMAX). Newly professionally painted bedroom with ceiling fan light and new carpet. Large private full bath recently updated with almost new washer and dryer. Large Garage for your vehicle as well as extra storage space and a spare freezer. Kitchen is ready for a real chef. And the Dining Room would love to actually be used. Can use Real Oak Queen Bed and good mattress boxspring and tv on stand if you wish. If you have your own furniture that is fine too. Must be responsible and accompanied by limited drama. If you are in the midst of an UGLY LOUD divorce please take it elsewhere If you have a stalker also please look elsewhere (for that matter if you ARE a stalker please turn yourself in). If you have Multiple Personality Disorder I have already even tried really hard to deal with that so please - move on. I work in the computer field. I LIKE computers. They do not scream sob uncontrollably or frequently require calling 911. I am truly not expecting a roommate who is like a computer but if you can refrain from screaming sobbing uncontrollably and requiring the frequent calling of 911 we will get along just fine. A sense of humor is a BIG plus Due to ALL the stairs this rental is not ideal for someone who is a wheelchair user. Please BE DOG LOVER as I have two large lovable dogs that spend part time in the house. One is Yellow Lab Other is Leonberger. However this is not an invitation to add to the menagerie.
