DO NOT bother me with crap trades. DESCRIPTION I moved here from Tennessee in 09 and this truck hasn t been out of town sense. I was going to use as trade in but as usuall the dealers wanna stick it to ya and give me only 2000 for it. A carfax was pulled through Patriot and it came back clean. It is the 7.3 non-turbo manual 5 speed. I bought it in 08 and have replaced the batteries entire positive cable starter alternator O-rings on the injectors clutch fork clutch plate asm and the slave cylinder unit for the clutch. Also the A C compressor and dryer are new and the A C will freeze you out of it. The oil has been changed every 5000 miles sense I ve owned it. Just because it s non-turbo doesn t mean it s weak. Before I moved here I was pulling a 25ft. goose neck with a 10 000lb bobcat on it plus various equipment. It s much tougher than it looks. The rear end is low geared so it isn t real fast off the line but can handle 80mph at 2500rpm for atleast 325 miles (the distance from here to memphis tn.). With both tanks full it goes an estimated 420 miles.WHAT NEEDS FIXED The driver side window motor is bad. ( 50 at Liberty auto salvage). The heater control fan switch works only on high ( 35 at liberty auto). And the rear fuel tank hose has a twist in it so it takes a while to fill the tank. Could use a paint job as well.
