First my previous owner turned me over to Chicago Animal Care & Control because they could not afford my medical bills. While I was in the CACC kennels I caught a bad case of kennel cough. Angels from C.A.R.E. rescued me and nursed me back to health. My foster mom says my personality is calm and reserved with none of the typical Boxer goofiness. I find vets scary because I ve seen so many recently. I have enjoyed getting to know the other dogs at my foster home. Because of my size my perfect person will be someone who is confident with dog training and dog handling--someone who will be able to create a solid leadership relationship with me.
