ARPO limits adoptions to within 50 miles of Indianapolis. We do not have a shelter all pets are in volunteer foster homes. Hi there I m Kosmo. I was surrendered to an animal shelter. Thankfully ARPO got me out of there and they re helping me find a new home. I m a very sweet boy. I m about 3.5 years old and weigh around 16 pounds. I m neutered microchipped and current on shots. I m crate trained and housebroken. And I m good with cats dogs and kids. I take phenobarbital for seizures. This is something I will have to take on an ongoing basis.
