Adoption Fee 600 Fostered in Alabama Age 8 weeks Weight 2.6 lbs. 7 21 16 - Henry came to YHR when his owner contacted her vet about him having seizure activity . She could not get him the care that he needed so let the vet reach out to rescue. Upon taking him in it was apparent that Henry was developmentally delayed yet not so much that it was a total neurological scare. Complete blookwork was done on Henry as well as a bile acids test (to rule out Liver Shunt) and all was fine. So the recommendation was to give Henry time to let his mind and body catch up to one another in the event that he was the runt and deprived of the necessary care and nutrients from his mom that he needed to prosper at such a young age. So the plan is to carry on as normal as does Henry and observe him for any signs of decrease in stability or development. Any change for the worse and a CT scan will be performed but as of right now we do not feel this testing is necessary. We will update along the way but for now Henry is just thriving in his foster home checking out the toys and eating.... More Info
