Exchange Student Coordinator Needed - Compensation: monthly stip

Aspect Foundation student exchange is seeking a mentor for two high school exchange students living in Morgantown for the 10 month school year Duties include -completing our training and certification program -monthly phone contact at minimum with the students and their family -assisting the student and family with any challenges they may have on the program (culture shock home sickness etc.) -holding bi-monthly activities for your students. One must occur in January for the mid-stay meeting and another in May for the departure meeting. -maintaining contact with your supervisor and documenting with supervision reports on how the students are doing. -being the advocate and liaison for the students between their host family and school Requirements -Must be 25 years of age and genuinely love teenagers -excellent communication skills ability to problem solve and good listener -attention to detail -clear background check There is a small stipend involved for supervising these students and their family.
