CFO - Compensation: To Be Discussed

A technology software startup company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the ideal CFO candidate will have prior experience leading and managing all financial operations including treasury accounting long term capital budgeting strategy planning operational budgets and forecasting. Responsibilities Duties Report accurate and timely historical financial information of ACS Decide how to invest the company s money taking into consideration risk and liquidity Oversee the capital structure of the company and determine the best mix of debt equity and internal financing. Identify and report the most efficient areas of ACS and how the company can capitalize on this information Predict the best route to ACS s financial success through economic forecasting and modeling Lead a corporate financial plan which ties together ACS finances and strategic objectives as well as budgets and operating plans. Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance accounting budget tax treasury forecasting analysis regulatory and audit activities functions of the organization. Establish and maintain contacts with investors and financial institutions. Oversee international expansion and tax strategy. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues impacting ACS. Engage in regular and periodic reviews with CEO and Management Team. Negotiate customer contracts. Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
