San Francisco Beautiful Front Room for Rent in West Portal - Pri

Beautiful fron room living room for rent. Front room has a working fireplace a fold out Ikea double comfortable bed. The rent incldues all utilities including washer and dryer in garage. Plenty of parking on street. The house is a three room rental. Two women already occupy the back two bedrooms. A doctorate student at CIIS and a high school student at a private Waldorf High school. Both women are busy academicaly and travel tons. Usually Mon through Friday house is empty minus the house cat LouLou. There s also a back yard but only access is through back bedrooms. A large kitchen and a shared dining room so front room is very private. We re looking for woman roomate that may be in college as well. Hope this letter finds you well ML
