Angels Among Us Animal Rescue announces a new Angel Meet Precious Precious was originally rescued from a high kill shelter in Memphis TN. She is a black lab mix with a tad longer hair maybe from some Akita or Chow heritage. She is mostly black with some white and one front leg that is mostly white with some freckles She is a large dog weighing about 80 pounds.Precious is about 2.5 years old now and a total sweetheart She was adopted a few months after her rescue and has been living the good life for the past few months in an adoptive home however she has been picking on her senior fur sibling a bit too much. Her family feels it is best to re-home her as tough as it is to do. Precious does great with other young dogs and loves to run and play. She is affectionate and gentle with people.Precious is healthy spayed and up to date on her shots. Precious is currently in New England waiting for adoption. Her adoption donation is 300. Unless stated otherwise all dogs will be spayed or neutered on flea tick product and heart worm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption. Thank you Effective April 17 2015 a Quarantine Fee of 75 will be required (in addition to the adoption fee) to adopt a dog that has been Quarantined in MA. These states mandate that all dogs entering MA shall be quarantined for 48 hours in a state approved facility. The quarantine fee shall be paid by the adopter either directly to the Quarantine Facility or to Angels Among Us Animal Rescue depending on whether you pick your dog up at the Quarantine Facility or through a MA foster family.
