My name is Charlotte and I am one of the luckiest basset girls in the whole wide world. CBHR heard about me and my unfortunate accident and leapt into motion. I needed spine surgery and thanks to them and our wonderful volunteers and donors I got the surgery I needed and am resting at my foster home now.
