Luckily neighbors saw her and fed her and reached out for help. She was brought to the DC area and then underwent heartworm treatment. She is definitely a survivor Even after all she s been through she is still a sweet loving girl- She ADORES people and is a true snuggle bug. Mandy wants all of your affection and has so much love to give so she would like to be your only pet. Before adopting please assess the amount of time you have to provide your dog with proper house-training crate-training obedience training love socialization and frequent potty breaks. K-9 Lifesavers recommends all new adopters enroll their new puppy into group obedience to ensure the puppy is well socialized and properly trained.
