She is a young dog at just a little over a year old. She is 20 pounds and a short hair dachshund mix. She has been fully vetted and is ready for very own forever family. She had 3 pups and was owner surrendered along with the pups to a local shelter when the family said that they had too many dogs. She is ready to be treated like the Princess she was meant to be. Renters must provide proof that they have paid their pet deposit and or have permission to add a dog to their lease agreement. No apartments condos for large or medium breed dogs will be considered. All references are checked. Adopters must have the dog that is in their home up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies) heartworm preventation etc. Vet records are checked. CSR adopts only to adopters in the Dallas Ft Worth metroplex. Adopters must be 21 years or older to adopt. Our adoption donation of 250 is non-negotiable. There is a 35 fee for non sufficient checks. The adoption donation includes having the dog fully vetted spay neuter vaccinations rabies shot microchip and heart worm testing and on monthly heart worm preventative.
