A4961722 Pancake Pit Bull Mix Puppy A4961722 Pancake is a lovable 1-year-old blue-and-white female Pit Bull mix puppy who was abandoned at the front gate of the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on June 16th. Weighing 43 lbs Pancake quickly became a volunteer favorite. Shy and timid when she comes out of her kennel Pancake has earned her name by how she flattens herself on the floor--a move which scores her lots of attention (and being carried). Pancake is a bit shy but she shuffles over to an open lap and rubs affectionately against your legs for attention. She loves giving soft kisses and simply cherishes human companionship. She is gentle and mild-mannered and has passed her shelter-administered temperament test. She has been kenneled with another big dog with no problem and we think would enjoy being part of a multi-dog household. Pancake will thrive as an indoor pet and companion in just about any home and would be a good choice for the first-time owner of a bully breed.
