Teddy s owner passed away during the first winter storm of 2016. Unfortunately the owner s family would not take Teddy. This handsome boy is confused but still shows affection in his foster home. Teddy is clearly a solid male and will warm your feet or lap during the cold and is happy to play with kitty toys.
