Job Summary The incumbent in this position provides paralegal assistance to all attorneys in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. The position involves all aspects of domestic and international patent and trademark work including tracking prosecution history liaising with clients foreign associates federal and foreign agencies determination and correction of errors and preparation of status lists for clients and attorneys. Other primary responsibilities include conducting searches assisting with the preparation and filing of copyright applications assisting litigation attorneys in the organization and preparation of exhibits documents and files for discovery or trial.
