Some of you will remember Ruby and her puppies from the news Topper is one of the puppies rescued from a drainage ditch when he was a day old and is now ready to go to his forever home. Topper is a sweet boy and is definitely the quiet one of the litter. He is always the last one out of the pen and really likes to watch his brothers and sisters play. He has been fostered with his litter mates several other dogs and children and has been great with all of them. He is growing fast and learning his manners.
