Hi. I need a roommate to live with me in my home. I have a 3 bedroom lovely home and 2 cats. I do smoke. The rent is 400.00 a month with a 400.00 deposit. You will have to have your own bedroom furniture. All utilities are included in the rent price. I need someone that has a full time job that s quiet VERY clean honest and quiet. I will need lots of references. I have some TERRIBLE roommates in the last 3 years. I will NOT put up with any drama of breaking of the rules or I will toss you out asap I am a very sweet and loving person. I have a nice yard for you to be in and enjoy.
