These puppies were abandoned alongside a road in Kentucky without a mother in sight. Our partner group Dumas Rescue took them in wormed them gave them their first Distemper Combo shot tested negative for Parvo and then made arrangements to transport them to us here in Pennsylvania. We have continued with our worming protocols taken them to our vet for a health check and microchipping. They all checked out fine and cleared for adoption. Haley has had her second rounds of shots as of June 28th. When we don t have a mother it is really hard to decide the breed mix. We and our vet feel that there is the possibility that Sheltie Beagle Chihuahua could be involved in these puppies heritage but we really don t know. What we do know is that they re going to be on the small side at adulthood and they are very loving.
