How does a 2 year old 14 pound Shih Tzu end up homeless We sure don t know Snoops is a real cutie but needs some TLC. It just seems no one ever really loved him. He is eager for affection but not sure how to ask for it. Snoopy needs love and attention and to have some regular grooming appointments. This poor fellow was just left to be mattered and have dry skin.
