Cobe - Male Terrier (Unknown Type Medium) Mix

Cobe is a good dog who was dealt a bad hand. He is 8 years old and about 50 pounds.Years of neglect have left him in an unhealthy state. Cobe is very heavily loaded with heartworms and they have done damage to his heart liver and kidneys. He needs a nice hospice care home where we he can live out his days resting in the sun instead of stressing out in a kennel environment.
